Products and ordering

Product-specific details are provided on the product page. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and contact us promptly if you notice an error in your order.

Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless a different currency is explicitly shown. The checkout displays the applicable shipping charge, any tax charged and the final total before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Shipping
Orders ship from Winnipeg using Canada Post. Standard shipping does not include tracking. The paid Canada Post — Tracked option includes tracking. Our Shipping policy describes charges and dispatch arrangements. Dispatch and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Returns and exchanges
Our Return and refund policy explains the 14-day return and exchange window, return condition requirements and return shipping costs. Contact us before sending an item back. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and photos so we can help.
